Pay: $20/hr (1st shift) - $22/hr (2nd shift) Schedule: Monday through Friday (OT available)

1. st shift = 7:15am - 4pm
2. nd shift = 4pm - 12:45am

What You’ll Be Doing Assembly Electro-Mechanical assembly of custom test fixtures and various styles of test equipment. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and customer specifications. Electrical wiring of test fixtures, rack mount cabinets and control panels Component Preparation Cut, strip, twist, tin and solder sires Fastens wires, cables, resistors, capacitors and other components to pwb’s, connectors, and assemblies. Clean parts and hand placed components during production processes Quality/Inspection Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout all production phases to ensure components function consistently and correctly What We’re Looking For Collaborators: Team players who excel in working together toward shared goals. Tech-Savvy Individuals: Comfortable navigating computers and following digital instructions. Your Qualifications Minimum of 6-12+ months mechanical/electrical assembly experience. High School Diploma or Equivalent is required and will have to be verified. Background checks, including criminal history verification, and drug screening will be conducted as part of the hiring process. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. Basic computer skills for tracking progress and following instructions. Comfortable standing, handling materials, and performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
