A growing multi-site church in Cincinnati seeks a Connections Team Leader to recruit and nurture volunteers, ensuring warm and welcoming environments. Responsibilities include leading different teams, developing operational expertise, and managing projects. Ideal candidates must exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to the church’s mission.
