Job Description: We are looking for a creative Videographer / Editor / Social Media Content Director to help us build a consistent content engine around real customer stories, home transformations, and impact‑driven media. We are building an impact‑media brand around the human side of our work helping low‑income homeowners and underserved communities receive free home upgrades. The goal is to create content that reaches people far beyond the homeowners we serve directly by telling real stories about families, generosity, transformation, and community impact. The right person is a creative producer who can help shape content from idea to final post. We need someone who understands how to plan, shoot, edit, package, and distribute social‑first content that feels human, emotional, authentic, and built for the platforms people actually use every day. Responsibilities Develop creative content ideas, story angles, hooks, and repeatable formats for social media. Plan and film customer stories, home transformations, founder‑led videos, interviews, surprise relief moments, livestreams, and behind‑the‑scenes content. Capture authentic emotional moments and help turn real‑life interactions into compelling social media content. Edit raw footage into polished short‑form and long‑form videos with strong pacing, clean audio, clear visuals, subtitles/captions, and strong story flow. Create platform‑ready content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Eurostaffs, X, Kick, and Twitch. Clip and repurpose longer videos, livestreams, and raw footage into multiple short‑form assets for daily posting. Create thumbnails, cover images, titles, captions, post copy, text overlays, and simple visual elements that improve the performance of each video. Add tasteful effects, transitions, graphics, and motion elements when they make the content more engaging without making it feel overproduced. Manage or assist with daily posting across all major social media platforms. Support livestream planning, setup, recording, and repurposing across platforms such as YouTube Live, Instagram Live, Facebook Live, Kick, and Twitch. Organize footage, drafts, creative assets, posting schedules, and content calendars. Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms. Track content performance and help refine creative direction based on reach, retention, engagement, audience response, and platform trends.
