NOW HIRING: Production Associate

Pay Rate: $24.75/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift (Rotating Schedule)

• Mix and batch raw materials according to production requirements and recipes

• Operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently

• Fill, restock, and monitor raw materials throughout the production process

• Follow work instructions and production procedures with accuracy

• Perform sanitation and cleaning tasks to maintain food-grade standards

• Move materials throughout the facility using a forklift (if certified)

• Ensure product quality, safety, and production standards are met

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Experience in manufacturing, production, blending, mixing, or food processing environments

• Ability to follow recipes, batch sheets, and production instructions accurately

• Forklift experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift 55 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift

• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience

• Previous blending, batching, or mixing experience

• Forklift certification (preferred but not required)

• Experience in food, beverage, dairy, or ingredient manufacturing environments

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elma, NY.

The pay range for this position is $24.75 - $24.75/hr.
