Gold's Gym in New Jersey seeks a General Manager to lead all facets of gym operations, staff management, and guest experience. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, overseeing daily operations, and driving performance metrics while upholding the brand culture and community presence.
The GM will hire, train, and schedule staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, manage payroll, budgeting, and inventory, and promote the gym's social media efforts to grow membership.
