Key duties include developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, overseeing merchandising and inventory control, and adhering to all Company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours per shift.
