Remote, Contract-based, California Estate Planning and Probate Attorney OpportunityWalnut Creek, United States | Posted on 04/20/2026We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated California Trust Administration / Estate Planning AttorneyRemote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6–10 hours per weekAttorney ResponsibilitiesDraft and organize trust administration documentsAssist with execution of trust plansProvide support on estate planning and probate administration mattersReview legal documents and ensure accuracy and complianceSupport attorneys with ongoing case management and workflow organizationAssist with general legal drafting and research as neededAttorney RequirementsLicensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of CaliforniaStrong experience in trust administration (primary focus)Experience with estate planning and probate administration (secondary)Strong drafting and organizational skillsAbility to manage and support multiple matters efficientlyDetail-oriented and able to meet deadlinesSelf-starter who can work independentlyPay rate starts at $80/hour.J-18808-Ljbffr Thefreelancefirm
