Director, IT & Infrastructure

Glocomms is partnering with an established manufacturing organization that is seeking a Director of IT & Infrastructure to lead technology strategy and business systems supporting manufacturing operations, finance, and related business functions. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to operational leadership, oversee enterprise applications, and drive technology initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance. The ideal candidate brings a combination of IT leadership, manufacturing systems expertise, ERP transformation experience, and the ability to align technology investments with business goals. Key Responsibilities Glocomms is partnering with an established manufacturing organization that is seeking a Director of IT & Infrastructure to lead technology strategy and business systems supporting manufacturing operations, finance, and related business functions. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to operational leadership, oversee enterprise applications, and drive technology initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance. The ideal candidate brings a combination of IT leadership, manufacturing systems expertise, ERP transformation experience, and the ability to align technology investments with business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute IT strategy supporting manufacturing operations, finance, and other business functions. Partner with senior business leaders to identify current and future technology needs. Lead technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency, business processes, and data management. Oversee enterprise applications, including ERP platforms and internally developed systems. Ensure business systems are effectively maintained, enhanced, and integrated across the organization. Manage and develop high-performing IT teams, including employee coaching, performance management, succession planning, and talent development. Direct departmental budgeting, resource planning, and vendor engagement activities. Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and other IT teams to ensure secure and reliable technology services. Lead organizational change related to technology implementation and process improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of information technology experience. 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing IT teams and business technology initiatives. Experience supporting manufacturing operations as an IT leader. Strong background leading ERP modernization or transformation programs. Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, enterprise applications, and business process improvement. Experience partnering with manufacturing, finance, quality, or operational leadership teams. Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive business-focused technology solutions. Strong financial and budget management experience. Ability to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience within complex manufacturing or industrial environments (manufacturing, industrial, utilities, engineering, energy, or other production-focused organizations considered) Track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Glocomms
