Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity invites experienced clinical pharmacists to contribute to a well-established large health system serving a diverse patient population across multiple ambulatory care and outpatient clinics, as well as numerous hospitals. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• PGY1 residency completion preferred or approximately 2 years of current inpatient pharmacy experience
• Demonstrated clinical pharmacy skills relevant to inpatient and ambulatory care settings
• Ability to successfully pass a competency exam (one-time opportunity)
• Clean background check via Livescan
• Strong commitment to long-term career growth in a public health system

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable days and afternoons
• 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (4 10s)

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services across hospital and outpatient clinics within a large health system
• Support pharmacy operations to ensure safe, effective medication use
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and clinical practice standards
