Benefits: Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule About the Role: Brighter Mind Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Villa Park, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families by delivering high-quality ABA therapy services in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments Design, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results Supervise and mentor Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and standards Requirements: Active Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or related field Experience conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or similar assessments Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based intervention strategies Experience supervising RBTs or behaviour technicians preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compassionate, collaborative, and client‑centered approach to care About Us: Brighter Mind Therapy LLC is a dedicated ABA therapy provider based in Villa Park, IL, committed to helping individuals with autism and developmental disabilities reach their fullest potential.
