Production Warehouse Associate

As a Production Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in both warehouse operations and conveyor belt fabrication. This position offers a dynamic mix of production, shipping and receiving, installation, and customer support responsibilities. Install and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting in-house and at customer locations Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain shipment records and inventory data Coordinate with truck carriers and delivery services Assist with conveyor system repairs and installations Represent Belt Power professionally when interacting with customers and teammates Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic computer and math skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Forklift experience Maintenance or conveyor belt technician experience Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments Working in warehouse, shop, and customer-site environments We take pride in maintaining a culture built on safety, teamwork, integrity, and customer service excellence.
