Develop the skills needed to advance into Tax Manager. What You'll Do Lead complex corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax engagements. Research challenging tax issues and recommend practical solutions. Coach and review the work of developing tax professionals. Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful planning. Improve engagement quality, efficiency, and profitability by embracing technology and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification (minimum two exam sections completed). Approximately 2–4 years of public accounting tax experience. Experience with corporate, partnership, trust, and individual income tax returns. Strong technical research and analytical skills. Desire to mentor others and continue developing as a leader.
