Sr Designer

Job Title: Sr. Designer Location-Type: Hybrid, Greenwood Village, CO (Onsite Monday-Thursday, remote half-day Friday; 1-2 days onsite minimum per week) Start Date: November 2, 2025 Duration: Contract through December 18, 2026 (potential extension February 2027 through end of May 2027) Compensation Range: $50-56/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The client is seeking an experienced Sr. Designer to join a collaborative in-house creative team, supporting the production of print, digital, and outdoor campaign materials while covering a parental leave. Job Summary
- Design and produce digital files and print materials, including outdoor advertising assets, to brand standards
- Execute color proofing across deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency prior to output
- Manage and produce files for outdoor print output with a strong understanding of print production requirements
- Build and maintain presentation materials in Google Slides for internal and cross-functional use
- Collaborate with remote Marketing teams to contribute to concepting and campaign strategy discussions
- Present and clearly articulate design concepts and creative rationale to stakeholders
- Work within a multi-disciplinary creative team, coordinating with digital, motion, retouch, and photo editing specialists
- 5 or more years of professional design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience working in Google Slides for presentation development
- Demonstrated experience with both digital file production and print design
- Ability to speak confidently to creative concepts and defend design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating print campaigns, digital work, and concepting across multiple formats
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Outdoor print design experience
- Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics
- Familiarity with Workfront and/or Workday
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with remote or cross-office marketing teams. Mondo Staffing
