Responsibilities include: Leading day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations Managing the month-end and year-end close process Preparing financial statements and management reporting Monitoring cash flow and supporting budgeting and forecasting Maintaining strong internal controls and audit-ready financial records Partnering with operational leaders to improve financial visibility Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies Your areas of knowledge and expertise: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Five or more years of progressive accounting experience Leadership or supervisory experience Strong financial reporting and general accounting knowledge Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in construction, field services, project-based businesses, or similar industries is helpful but not required. The Ideal Candidate You're someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and taking ownership of your work. You communicate well with both finance and non-finance colleagues and enjoy partnering with leadership to solve business challenges. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: Salary range starts at $79K annually DOE, with a structured progression plan designed to reward performance with substantial salary growth in a two-year span.
