We are hiring Valet Drivers for a luxury residential property in Flower Mound. This is a structured, resident-facing environment requiring safe, efficient vehicle handling and consistent service execution.

Positions Available
Full-time
Part-time

Responsibilities
Operate resident and guest vehicles safely and efficiently at all times
Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and organized manner
Maintain control of vehicle flow in the driveway and garage areas
Follow all company protocols related to key handling, ticketing, and safety
Inspect vehicles upon receipt and report any pre-existing damage
Support residents with doors, packages, and basic assistance when needed
Maintain a professional, alert, and disciplined presence throughout the shift

Requirements
Minimum age 21 with a valid driver’s license
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
Strong comfort level driving a wide range of vehicles, including luxury and oversized SUVs
Manual transmission experience preferred
Ability to run, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Clear communication skills and ability to follow direction precisely
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

What This Role Requires
This is a driving-intensive role. Mistakes are costly and preventable.
Speed is expected, but control and safety are non-negotiable.
You must be consistent, focused, and accountable throughout the entire shift.
