About the Position

The facility offers medical, surgical, and rehabilitation services. Additional services include a childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, pediatric unit, inpatient behavioral health unit, day surgery center, and extensive imaging and lab testing services. The Emergency Department has a total of 48 beds with flex space. Patient ratios are 4:1 in the main emergency department and 6:1 in fast track. Team nursing and a pod system are utilized in this department. A social worker is assigned to the department along with a unit educator. The facility is equipped with advanced medical equipment including Zoll defibrillators, blood transfusion equipment, and point-of-care testing devices. Electronic health records are maintained in a digital system. The patient population includes adult and pediatric patients with conditions such as ESRD, substance abuse disorders, psychiatric disorders, COPD, CHF, abdominal pain, and chest pain. This role requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to provide critical care to diverse patient needs.
