Employee Relations HR Business Partner: People & Policy Leader
State of Arizona
The Department of Economic Security (DES) is seeking an Employee Relations Human Resources Business Partner to provide leadership, mentoring, coaching and direct supervision of Employee Relations staff. This role supports DDD HR and division managers, advising on performance, discipline, and resolution of issues. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in employee relations, a Bachelor’s degree, strong investigative and leadership skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with tact #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Arizona
