About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enrollment Management to provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of recruitment and enrollment strategies for all academic programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the University's marketing, recruitment, and enrollment management, with a focus on increasing and diversifying student populations. This role involves working closely with the President and the Board to set and meet annual enrollment goals, as well as participating in the central governance of the institution. The Vice President will also be tasked with ensuring the effectiveness of enrollment operations, using data to improve enrollment and retention, and overseeing the establishment of application policies and procedures. Collaboration with various campus offices and external constituencies is essential, as is a commitment to the distinctive mission of the University. Applicants for the Vice President of Enrollment Management position at the company should hold a Master's degree, with a preference for a doctoral degree, and have at least 5 years' experience in higher education, including enrollment management. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic enrollment leadership, financial stewardship, and compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading and managing a staff, have excellent analytical, writing, and speaking skills, and be well-grounded in database enrollment management techniques. A strong understanding of the strategic uses of resources, particularly in financial aid leveraging, is also necessary.
