This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders across key areas, including Customer, KN Process & Systems, Operations, and Business Management & LSPs.How you create impactProject Execution:Manage a portfolio of small to medium projects and ensure delivery according to agreed scope and standards.Lead implementation projects in alignment with global and regional project management methodologies and risk control frameworks.Supporting Lead Project Manager in case of regional project support.Project Scope and Responsibilities:Providing management level project updates for internally and externally.Interacting with stakeholders on the side of customer and LSPs, addressing issues,Project Accountability:Ensure effective resource coordination and project execution aligned with FY corporate standards.Driving optimization of implementation budgets, leveraging on experience, oversight cross multiple projects.Budget and Timeline Management:Ensure delivery of projects within budget and on schedule, addressing and resolving any deviations related to scope, budget, or timelines.Ensue Change requests are raised in case of deviations from agreed SOWDocumentation and Reporting:Prepare all required documents throughout the implementation lifecycle, including the Project Charter during initiation and the Business Requirements Document (BRD) in the Plan & Design phase, as outlined in the FY Implementation Toolbox.Maintain accurate and timely project reporting.Facilitating lessons learned sessions and actively applying knowledge to next projects.What we would like you to bringMaster's level, ideally in Logistics or Supply chain managementProven experience of at least 5 years in Project & Program ManagementProven knowledge and experience with all modes of transportDemonstrated analytical – numeric /quantitative and process / qualitative – skills and awarenessProven ability to manage projects and stakeholders also in a virtual environment.Capable to manage projects on his/her ownProven experience in full life cycle project management, including working on one or more small-to-medium scale general, business, supply chain, logistics and system implementation project(s)Familiarity with or exposure to different project management methodologies and frameworks, including Prince2, PMI’s PMBOK, etc. is preferredVery good time management skills, ability to fulfil critical tasks in time, to keep deadlines and to set priorities.Flexibility and willingness to travelFluent in English (written and verbal)What's in it for youThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
