Demand Generation Program Manager (Contract)

We’re looking for an experienced demand generation marketer to join Coder on a six-month contract (with opportunity for conversion) to help us execute and expand key demand generation programs.

You’ll jump into active programs across media sponsorships, paid campaigns, vendor channels, and regional markets, while also helping us identify and test new opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who can get up to speed quickly, manage multiple programs independently, and turn performance data into clear recommendations.

You’ll work closely with demand gen, content, design, product marketing, and marketing ops to keep programs moving, deliver against timelines and budgets, and help us learn what’s worth scaling.

What you’ll do

• Run day-to-day execution of sponsorships, vendor programs, and paid campaigns across selected channels.

• Own vendor relationships and program logistics, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, launches, and follow-up.

• Help expand verticalized campaigns by adapting messaging and channel strategies for specific industries and buyer segments.

• Research and recommend new channels, sponsorships, vendors, and campaign opportunities to test during the contract period.

• Support regional campaign execution across Europe and APAC as we expand localization.

• Partner with marketing ops to execute lifecycle and nurture programs tied to key business objectives.

• Monitor program performance and translate results into recommendations for optimization, renewal, expansion, or future testing.

• Document learnings, processes, and recommendations so successful programs can continue and scale beyond the contract period.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in demand generation, digital marketing, paid media, or a related field.

• Experience managing media sponsorships, paid advertising programs, or vendor-led campaigns across multiple channels.

• The ability to ramp quickly and independently own programs from execution through reporting.

• Strong project management instincts. You keep deadlines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders organized and communicate early when things shift.

• Comfort working with data. You can pull reports from tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or HockeyStack, assess performance, and turn the numbers into actionable recommendations.

• A test-and-learn mindset and the ability to prioritize opportunities within a defined six-month engagement.

• Curiosity about using AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, accelerate execution, and test new approaches.

Bonus tacos if you have

• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Common Room, 6sense, or other programmatic advertising platforms.

• Experience managing programs and workflows in tools such as Asana.

• A background in vendor negotiation or media buying, with a track record of getting more value from sponsorship budgets.

• Experience executing campaigns across international or regional markets.

• Experience in B2C marketing or industries outside traditional B2B demand gen. We value people who bring ideas from different playbooks.

About the contract

This is a contract position with opportunity for conversion to full-time. We’re looking for someone who can integrate quickly with the team, take ownership of active programs, and leave us with stronger campaigns, clear learnings, and well-documented recommendations for what to scale next.
