Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role based in the San Francisco Bay Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of in-office meetings and work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including property showings, listing presentations, and offer negotiations. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads and referrals, conducting market research and comparative property analyses, preparing and reviewing contracts and transaction documents, and coordinating with lenders, escrow officers, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings. The role involves advising clients on property values, financing options, and market trends, as well as supporting loan-related activities in collaboration with the brokerage's finance team. The Real Estate Agent is expected to actively maintain client relationships, use online and social media tools to market properties, and uphold all legal and ethical standards required in California real estate practice.

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles.
  
• Demonstrated Sales skills with experience in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions.
  
• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, manage client expectations, and build long-term relationships.
  
• Familiarity with local San Francisco Bay Area markets, property valuation, and basic loan and financing concepts.
  
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage a flexible schedule, and handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency with CRM tools, online listing platforms, and social media marketing for real estate.

• Membership in local, state, or national real estate associations or willingness to obtain such memberships is beneficial.
