Overview LUBEZONE IS HIRING! Responsibilities Lube Technician Requirements: No technical experience necessary! We will train you in new skills that will serve you well. But, if you do have related experience, bring it! Our Teams make us who we are, and we are always ready to welcome quality people to join our Team. Qualifications A great attitude, excellent customer service, reliability, and stable work history. Basic interest in mechanical work / or enjoy working with your hands. Desire to help provide preventative maintenance solutions to customers in the transportation industry, in a clean, safe, efficient, and fun environment. Ability to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, equipment, tools, and inventory to provide a safe and clean environment for both Customers and Teammates. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Benefits Competitive Pay based on your experience. Eligible for performance-based incentives in the first full month and thereafter. (This can add the equivalent to $3 per hour to your hourly rate!)
