Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice in Northern New Jersey. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care across diverse populations, including orthopedic, post-operative, pediatric, and geriatric patients.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy and trigger point therapy

• Treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related injuries

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Educate patients on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention

• Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred

• Experience with orthopedic and outpatient therapy preferred
