Director OF Quality

Stjamesmercy is seeking a Quality Director to lead the development and oversight of its quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance programs. This role includes ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and driving performance improvement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, quality improvement methodologies, and experience leading multidisciplinary teams. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is required, and a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
