Product Marketing Manager

Limitless Labs is building the AI co-pilot for CNC programming, helping manufacturers automate and accelerate machining processes directly inside their existing CAM environments.

About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager to own how the market sees, understands, and experiences the Company product. This is a high-impact, ownership-heavy role for someone who has spent real time inside the CAD/CAM industry and knows how to translate deep technical capability into positioning, content, and sales enablement that lands with technical buyers.
What You'll Do
- Own positioning and messaging for the CAM Agent, translating deep technical capability into language that lands with CNC programmers, manufacturing engineers, and their leadership
- Plan, script, and produce product demo and feature walkthrough videos that show the Agent running on different CAM platforms, such as NX, Mastercam, Creo, and more
- Build and maintain the core sales enablement library, including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and RFP/technical response support
- Partner closely with Sales to understand what's winning and losing deals, and turn that into sharper content and messaging
- Work with Product and the technical team to keep every external technical claim accurate and defensible
- Plan and run go-to-market for new features and capability releases
- Support conference and event presence with demo-ready materials and on-site content capture
- Gather customer proof points and turn them into case studies and testimonials
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of product marketing experience in a technical B2B environment
- Demonstrated experience creating video content, product demos, or technical explainer content; a portfolio or reel is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical products and explain them clearly without losing technical credibility
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning a domain with real ambiguity
- High level of ownership and attention to technical accuracy — you'll be the face of what the product can and can't do

- Prior experience at a CAM/CNC software vendor, machine tool builder, or cutting-tool company
- Experience marketing AI-enabled or automation products to technical buyers
- Experience working in a VC-backed startup
