General Manager – 1800GOTJUNK? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across a growing franchise business. This individual will report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in driving revenue growth, optimizing operational performance, and developing a strong leadership pipeline. Key Responsibilities Provide full P&L ownership and ensure consistent financial performance across all locations Lead, mentor, and develop operational leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Establish and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, safety, and customer experience Drive sales performance through effective team training and accountability structures Oversee standards for facilities, fleet, equipment, and safety compliance Build and sustain a strong, performance‑driven culture rooted in accountability and collaboration Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations and sales, preferably in a multi‑unit or service‑based environment Demonstrated success in managing P&L responsibilities and achieving growth objectives Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead at all organizational levels Proficiency with modern business tools and software (G‑Suite preferred) A proven track record of problem‑solving, process improvement, and team development About the Opportunity This position offers the chance to join a dynamic, growth‑oriented organization where results, leadership, and accountability are highly valued.
