What Youll Do

• Help customers find products that fit their needs and budget
• Build strong relationships in-store, over the phone, and through follow-ups
• Drive sales by generating leads and closing deals
• Manage customer accounts, agreements, and payments
• Maintain showroom appearance and organization
• Support deliveries and store operations as needed

Requirements:

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, motivated, and goal-driven
• Comfortable using computers and systems
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek
• Store Hours - MondayFriday: 10am7pm, Saturday: 10am6pm (required), Sunday: Closed
• Schedules may vary based on business needs

• Blue Ocean Brands does not conduct routine pre-employment drug testing but may require testing in cases such as reasonable suspicion, workplace accidents, or as required by law.

Compensation details: 16-20 Hourly Wage
