Vascular Sonographer - Casual Float Pool

Role Overview Performs non-invasive vascular diagnostic procedures to detect and evaluate peripheral vascular diseases, including carotid, arterial, venous, renal, mesenteric, and graft assessments. Key Responsibilities Conducts and evaluates vascular ultrasound tests, providing preliminary reports and collaborating with physicians. Trains and mentors technologists and students in testing techniques, interpretation, and documentation. Maintains high-quality patient care by explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and fostering trust. Ensures equipment functionality, stocks supplies, and maintains accurate records for quality assurance. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or GED, BLS certification, and ARDMS RVT credential. 1-2 years of ultrasound training and clinical experience required. Strong critical thinking, technical proficiency, and communication skills are essential.
