Role Overview

We are seeking a Service Center Representative to provide customer service as the first line of contact for technology walk-throughs, questions regarding industry rules and regulations, and processes for registration and licensing. This role is for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused, and team-oriented environment. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for technology walk-throughs and industry-related questions.
• Address inquiries regarding registration and licensing requirements and processes.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Maintain knowledge in a dynamic environment.
• Handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Utilize problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Collaborate with business partners on escalated issues.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and maintain knowledge in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, annuities, general securities, and other financial products.
• Knowledge of FINRA, SEC, and State rules and regulations.
• FINRA Series 7 (Required)
• FINRA SIE & Series 63 licenses, or the ability to pass them within 90 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of financial services experience focused on investment products.
• Previous working knowledge of securities licensing and insurance licensing.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
