Werelooking for aProvider ImplementationManagerto become theengine behindthe growth of our provider network: leading the project management process through which oncology clinics evaluateand adopt Luminates value-based care programs.
You willserve as the project leadfor new provider relationships,ranging from community oncology clinics to large academic health systems, as they progress from early-stage evaluation through to contract signature.You will attend provider meetings,maintaina clear record of decisions and actions, co-ordinate with internal subject matter experts, Provider Operations, and our Growth team, and ensure that every commitment made to a prospective partner is delivered accurately andon-time.
You do not need prior value-based care or oncologyexpertise(thoughadvantageous) we will teach you the subject matter. You do need to beexceptionally well organised, thorough, and comfortable holding colleagues accountable, while also being willing and able to interact with healthcare leaders both externally and internally.

What You Will Do:
- Managethe lifecycle of newprovider partnerships frominitialdiscussions throughto final contract signature, including:
- Attending, scheduling,and co-ordinating the preparation of partner-specificcontent formeetings withpotential provider partners.
- Taking detailed notes of provider partner feedback and requirements and of decisions made and actions assigned during meetings.
- Co-ordinatingwith subject matter experts toensure alignment on messaging for provider meetings, delivery of responses to partners on time, andto prepare content for meetings with prospects.
- Reporting key metrics such as prospects in funnel, conversion rate, and prospect sources into senior management.
- Manage and improve our provider partner onboarding process by:
- Creating detailed Gantt-chart timelines for provider onboarding, tracking actions such as contract signature, pharmacy procedure alignment, patientscreeningand IT integration.
- Continuously reviewing and improving ourstructured process for clinic onboarding, includingSME engagements, training, financialanalysesand data reviews, andidentifyinginternal champions.
- Managing resources assigned to partner onboardingto ensure actions are completed and highlighting resource shortages to management.
- Tracking action completion and following up to ensure responsiveness toall provider accounts.
- Create andmaintaina data-driven partner conversion process by:
- Working with senior leaders toidentifykey onboarding metricssuch as conversion rates by channel.
- Reviewing conversion data toidentifyaspects of theonboardingfunnelwhere prospects churn.
- Creating live dashboards of prospect interactions for each member of the Growth team.
- Introducing new systems and tools foridentifyingand tracking conversions.

Requirements The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- 2-5 years prior experience inproject management,implementation, operations, change management, business development, consulting,or a related commercialor project managementrole, within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstratedexperienceof independently managing multiple complex projects in parallel involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- A backgroundin the use of project management toolsor methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel capability and experience analysing commercial or operational data.
- An ability to build clear dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal leaders and external partners.
- Comfort working in an early-stage environment whereprocessesare still being developed, and a curiosity to experiment withnewapproachestotracking progress.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiplecompetingpriorities.
Advantages It Would be Advantageous to Have:
- Experience partnering withor working within a health systemor healthcare practice.
- Experienceusing CRM and sales engagement tools such asHubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other similar platforms.
- Experience withPowerBIor another dashboarding tool.
- Familiarity with oncologycare delivery.
