Current phlebotomy certification (NPA, ASCP, AMT, or state equivalent) Minimum 1 year of venipuncture experience Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license Comfort working in home and residential settings Strong communication and patient-facing skills Ability to manage specimen handling, labeling, and routing per lab requirements About the role As a Mobile Phlebotomist with Speedy Sticks, you will travel to patient homes across the Los Angeles metro area to perform blood draws for diagnostic labs, wellness programs, and test kit partners. You will manage your own daily schedule, follow lab-specific collection protocols, and ensure every specimen is correctly labeled and routed. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary collection in patient homes and residential facilities Follow draw order, fill volumes, and additive requirements per lab and kit specifications Maintain chain-of-custody documentation for all specimens Coordinate specimen drop-off or courier pickup for same-day routing Communicate professionally with patients before and during visits Competitive per-draw compensation with consistent volume.
