Opportunity Highlights

• Full?time; Monday to Friday 8a-4p
• Patient panel 18 and older
• Outpatient primary care, valued-based care focused
• Average 15 patients per day

Minimum Requirements
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active Georgia license by start date
• Certifications: BLS/ACLS preferred
• Experience with Medicare population helpful
