Director OF Product Strategy

Leading strategic product discovery initiatives, the Freelance Product Strategy Director will define customer-centric product strategies and translate business objectives into actionable recommendations while working remotely on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Lead product strategy and discovery initiatives for complex digital products and services Facilitate customer journey mapping exercises to identify pain points and opportunities throughout the end-to-end experience Present strategic recommendations to client stakeholders and guide discussions throughout the engagement Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or related fields Proven experience leading strategic product discovery and product definition engagements for enterprise organizations Strong expertise in customer journey mapping and experience strategy Experience developing measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives and KPIs Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
