Setting: One School Site | K–12 Caseload

Position Details

• Supportive special education team and school staff

Qualifications

• Active California SLPA License
• Minimum of 1 year of SLPA experience required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
• Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
• Document student progress and maintain accurate service logs
• Assist with speech screenings, materials preparation, and therapy activities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
