As a talented Chef/Kitchen Manager, you'll lead a motivated kitchen team, craft mouthwatering dishes, and help create memorable dining experiences. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage kitchen staff with positivity and efficiency
Manage labor cost
Manage food cost
Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and quality control
Order ingredients and maintain kitchen inventory
Monitor portion sizes and uphold high food standards
Assist on the line during busy service periods
Train staff in cooking techniques and food presentation
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Contribute to promotional initiatives to boost sales

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Lead Cook
Expertise in daily specials, ingredient ordering, and menu planning
Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Food Safety Manager Certification
