Key Responsibilities: Conducts thorough assessments, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, administers medications, and documents care activities. Ensures patient safety through proper restraint use, pain management, abuse detection, and infection control. Collaborates with healthcare team members, communicates effectively with patients and families, and delivers age-appropriate, cost-effective, high-quality care. Participates in performance improvement, maintains professional standards, and promotes service excellence aligning with hospital policies. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license in the applicable state, BLS certification, strong clinical skills, effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
