About the Position

Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM) Experience: Minimum of 2 years current Emergency Room experience required Previous experience working in a Critical Access Hospital required License: Active license required Certifications: BLS (AHA) required ACLS (AHA) required PALS (AHA) required TNCC required NIHSS required NRP preferred ENPC preferred Must-Have: Candidates must have 2+ years ER experience. Candidates must have experience working in a Critical Access Hospital. Candidates must possess solid skills and be able to work independently. Candidates must have a permanent address that is 50+ miles from the facility. Description: This position is for a Night Shift Emergency Room Registered Nurse. Shifts are from 7 PM to 7 AM. There is occasional flexibility to work a mid-day shift. This Emergency Room operates with one RN in the department after 10 PM and after 1 AM until 8 AM the following morning. Candidates will be expected to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to make independent clinical decisions. Previous travel experience is highly preferred. All licenses and certifications must be current.
