Part Time Admin

Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the leadership team of an established educational services organization in the Broomall, PA area. This is a 3-month contract offering fantastic flexibility—around 20 hours per week spread across 3 days—making it ideal for someone looking for great work-life balance!  

• Position Type: Temporary Contract (Approx. 3 Months)
• Hours: ~20 hours per week (Flexible 3-day schedule)
• Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour
• Location: Broomall, PA area (In-Office)

Responsibilities

• Data & Budgeting: Assist leadership by compiling and organizing data for budget reports.

• Database Management: Maintain and update electronic files, databases, and digital records accurately.

• Attendance Tracking: Monitor and record attendance metrics for department programs.

• Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, documents, and physical materials for team and stakeholder meetings.

• Office Coordination: Monitor office supply inventory and place orders to ensure smooth daily operations.
