Preferred 1 year supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; Familiarity with ICF standards and PCC (PointClickCare) documentation strongly preferred.Work hours for the positionThis is a 48-hour, on-site weekend shift beginning Friday at 3:30 PM and ending Sunday at 4:00 PM. Weekend Relief staff are required to remain on campus and provide continuous support and supervision to residents throughout the entire shift. A private room with an attached bathroom is provided for personal use during the shift. Staff are expected to sleep on-site and be available as needed, but do not reside on campus outside of this scheduled shift.SummaryThe Assistant House Manager(AHM) provides essential weekend support to residents in a group home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role ensures a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment by assisting with daily routines, implementing care plans, and supporting resident independence.
