Process Engineer

PB Equipment, Inc. is seeking a full-time Process/Project Engineer for an on‑site role in the greater Austin, TX area. The Project Engineer will be responsible for designing, estimating, quoting, and delivering plans and specs. We do not operate on a typical pipeline workflow; most of the jobs really start with you. You will be responsible for reaching out to our reps and tracking any leads on new and upcoming projects. You will work closely with our reps to help secure future projects by building close relations. Qualifications Strong Process Engineering and Project Management skills, with experience in planning, execution, and oversight of technical projects Proficiency in Process Engineering and related technical skills, with knowledge of industry standards Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively Problem‑solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges and implement efficient solutions Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and Teams Previous experience in water and wastewater treatment systems or similar industries is a plus Ability to work on‑site in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Thewaternetwork
