Description Store Associate – Fills customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently. Sells merchandise to individuals in store or over the phone. At Rain for Rent®, we move water—every day. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greets customers and responds to their questions or general irrigation inquiries promptly and efficiently. Promotes, seeks out, and suggests selections that meet customer needs and consummates new and repeat business for sales of company products. Performs job duties in a professional manner by representing the company honestly and fairly, maintaining good public relations with all customers, competitors, and vendors. Maintains neat, clean sales displays and keeps shelves properly stocked and priced. Prepares and inputs sales transactions utilizing the Counterpoint Point of Sale system. Assists with shipping and receiving, and takes inventory as needed. Balances daily cash drawer receipts according to prescribed policy. Complies with all company policies and procedures. Performs all other duties as required.
