Bakery Specialist

Crumbl Cookies is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Bakery Specialist. As a Bakery Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as necessary. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Assist with training new team members and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a leadership role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
