Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Administrator:
• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule
• Review employee time records, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and California payroll regulations
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and year-end payroll processing
• Support benefits-related payroll functions as needed
Qualifications for the Payroll Administrator:
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• Knowledge of federal and California payroll laws and regulations
• Experience using payroll software systems
• Experience maintaining payroll records and payroll reporting processes
