DevOps ArchitectLocation: Tampa, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Certification required: AWS: Certified Solutions Architect - AssociateResponsibilities:Identify new platform capabilities in coordination with multiple teams across the organization, infrastructure & other engineering teams.Actively participate in the architectural design, implementation, and management of new technologies to achieve these capabilities.Driven – goal and outcome orientedAttention to detail – ensuring best possible outcomes, technically and for the business. Detail oriented.Process oriented, Ability to handle multiple deliverablesWork with platform users to understand their issues & requirements, then translate them to platform wide improvements.Develop, maintain, and utilize technical documentation and architectural diagrams.Provides technical leadership and is responsible for developing components of, or the overall systems design.Guides, influences, and persuades others with developed communication and diplomacy skills.Performs other job duties and functions as assignedQualifications:8+ years relevant experience Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments.Knowledge of PlantUML and C4 diagrams, JIRA, KANBANContainerization and Microservices designAny other technical subject matter expertise that may be of value – AWS, Data Architecture, API design, Apigee, AI toolsPreferred experience in the Banking domain, particularly in compliance-driven environmentsProven experience in managing assessment and PoC of strategic technologies.Strong communication skills, with the capability to advise on engineering topics at both a technical & executive level.
