What You’ll Do

As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients and team members have the technical support they need to succeed. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Provide first-level technical support to clients and internal staff.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Document and track support requests to ensure timely resolutions.
Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Offer guidance to users on best practices and system usage.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Familiarity with common software applications and basic networking principles.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
