divh2Integrated Master Plans And Schedules Development/h2pThe selected individual will utilize Microsoft Project to facilitate/execute Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) development programs in accordance with applicable government acquisition policy and regulations. Developed IMP and IMS will have the build in capability to roll-up the data to support reportable information to multiple levels of management./ppThe selected individual will maintain IMS on a continuous basis by incorporating status updates from multiple programs and their stakeholders for the purpose of tracking current program status and to forecast future schedule performance. The selected individual will analyze, synthesize, and translate the data for leadership at all levels for the purpose of:/pulliidentifying actual progress against planned progress,/liliidentifying short-term and long-term impacts based on actual or potential changes to program key indicators including, but not limited to, cost, schedule, and performance risks,/liliidentifying root causes to program delays and forecasts trends, and/lilidraws parallels between programs and overarching organizational trends. Standard schedule analysis methodologies (e.g. critical path analysis, variance analysis, Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA), Monte Carlo etc.) shall be employed./li/ulpThe selected individual will, weekly, deliver a summary of the work output and other data to organizational leadership in a clear, concise, and cohesive presentation format. The selected will identify recommended improvements to the overall IMP/IMS process across the organization to facilitate process improvement./ppThe selected candidate must possess or be able to attain a DoD clearance./p/div
