In this role, you’ll be a day-to-day point of contact for our clients, helping keep the office running smoothly and building strong working relationships. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for service and hospitality.

What you’ll do

• Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visiting professionals.
\n
• Learn about clients’ needs and help ensure they receive responsive, personalized service.
\n
• Book meeting rooms and coordinate reservations.
\n
• Manage client invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail.
\n
• Provide basic troubleshooting for common office technology and equipment.
\n
• Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day activities.
\n
• Help create a connected, welcoming professional community.
\n

Prior administrative or client services experience in a corporate setting is a plus, as is experience with multi-line phone systems and troubleshooting office equipment.
