Human Resources Intern (Summer 2027)

A Human Resources Intern at Nemacolin will gain meaningful experience in the people practices that shape the associate experience within a luxury hospitality environment. Over this 12-week internship, you will work alongside human resources, recruitment, communications, benefits, and learning and development professionals, gaining hands‑on exposure to candidate screening, associate engagement, event coordination, internal communication, and cross‑department collaboration. Through this experience, you will turn classroom knowledge into practical skills while developing the perspective to pursue a career in human resources, hospitality leadership, learning and development, or associate event management.
