Senior Data Insights Strategist

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Senior Data Insights Strategist will manage complex data analysis, advocate for business data needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable insights and data strategies. Key responsibilities Lead discussions with department leaders to identify emerging data needs and advocate for new data capabilities Manage the intake, prioritization, and assignment of new data requests while synthesizing data to provide insights and recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data visualization tools and promote a data-driven culture within the organization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in health care, business analytics, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in data consulting, data strategy implementation, and synthesizing data projects Strong experience with SQL and large data sets, as well as proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools Familiarity with data governance and quality management practices Ability to travel to Minneapolis at least once per quarter for meetings
