Speech Language Pathologist II Work Location: Santa Ana, California Work Shift: Day - 08hrs (United States of America) Job Summary The Speech Language Pathologist II provides direct patient and family-centered care under the direction of the Rehabilitation Leadership Team. Responsibilities include evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on functional needs; coordinating care with interdisciplinary team members and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. The role may also participate in department-wide process improvement initiatives and program development. This LevelII position requires at least one year of professional clinical experience.
